Meaningful cultural occasions are an opportunity for consumers to express their traditions and individuality through decorations, dining, entertainment, celebratory activities, and more—all representing billions of dollars in expenditure each year.

On June 19th, six in ten Black Americans will celebrate Juneteenth and honor the occasion by learning about Black history and culture, supporting Black-owned businesses and attending a parade or festival. Since being established in 2021, Black Americans celebrating the holiday have increased by 18%.

Do you know the importance of Juneteenth and what Black Americans expect of brands in celebration of the holiday? Do you know how Black consumers are changing the ways they celebrate Juneteenth and other meaningful holidays and occasions? And is your brand prepared successfully engage diverse consumers?

Join us as we celebrate Juneteenth and unveil new research that illuminates the most important annual events and experiences in the lives of Black Consumers. This offering will help deepen your understanding and identify natural and effective ways to connect through meaningful cultural occasions—during and beyond Juneteenth.
